Fruity Roselle Olive
This infusion is vibrant red, delicious and refreshing, hot or iced. Indian Olive has a charm of its own - with fresh citrusy notes. Roselle ties the tart blend together for an energising and uplifting sip.
In the early 2018, I met Ene Bina for the first time at Ima market (a market in Manipur run by women). She was carrying a heavy sack of citrusy Indian olives on her back. We connected right away and Ene inspired us to create this delightful blend.
Traditionally enjoyed raw or made into ambon (warm fruit sauce) and pickle, this indigenous fruit has a charm of its own. Roselle (also known hibiscus) ties the tart blend together for an energising and uplifting sip. (Origin story shared by Dweller Chaoba, founder and creator of this blend)
