Did you know? Black rice gets its deep purple colour from anthocyanins, same as found in blueberries. Research shows that anthocyanins have potential antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
Black rice, Whole wheat flour, Black sesame seeds, Sugar, Baking powder, Baking soda and a pinch of Salt.
Maida-free. But be warned! There’s refined sugar in the mix. We have reduced our sugar content to 35% (not too sweet).
