Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. Dweller assumes that you will be using your own credit or debit card or using the card for payment with the owner’s consent. Dweller will not be held responsible if you are not able to make the payment online because of the payment gateway or if payment details entered are erroneous.

Order confirmation

Order confirmation email is to ensure that the product chosen for purchase is correct. When you receive a dispatch email, that confirms the order. If not, we will contact you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given.

Refunds, exchanges and order cancellation

We do not entertain cancellation of the order once it has been dispatched. We hope you are happy with any product purchased, however if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. Delivery

Dweller will only deliver to the address confirmed by you at the time of placing the order. The estimated shipping duration is usually 3-5 working days from the date of despatch. However, the estimated duration may not fully reflect the actual. We do not take the responsibility for the delay in-transit, unforeseen situations or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
